Equitable Commercial also provides assistance in land development and  project management. The Company has access to necessary staff and the  tools to develop a project from inception through conclusion --  Equitable is a full service commercial real estate company.

Commercial Specialist

 Anthony Coleman, Principal Broker

Mr. Anthony Coleman is the Principal Broker of Equitable Companies. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983 through 1986 at Coldwell Banker, where he was always one of the "top" agents out of the 45 working there, and became involved in commercial real estate in 1987. He worked in office leasing with Del Webb in 1987 and was Vice President of Land Development with Foster & Company through 1988 where his primary focus was on development of hotels. In 1988 and part of 1989 he was hired as Chief Financial Officer of Affinity Marketing Group where he was second-in-command of all company operations, with 23 employees under him.
